a touch of fall

Seasons change slowly in the south, and there is always a resistance of sorts. Last week was the official first day of fall, and true to form, the weather is shifting, but it isn’t an easy transition.

Last week we had hot dry days – a continuation from several weeks of the same. This week is has been rainy and misty, with each day cooler than the last.

But that is the beauty of the changing of the seasons. And living in Tennessee, you can never be sure of what the next day will bring.

Each day, however, magnifies God’s handiwork in our world.
